Old sticks and young sticks (buds). Old sticks, derived from palm leaves that have grown to a length of 70 cm to 2 meters, offer strength and durability. On the other hand, young sticks, which are produced from nipa leaf shoots that have not yet bloomed, present a smooth texture and flexibility.
